What we do?

We provide Positive Behaviour Support to individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on children, teenagers, and adults that live with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We work closely with families, support workers, and allied health professionals to develop clear, usable strategies that reduce challenging behaviours and improve quality of life.

Who we work with?

We work with all participants on the NDIS with behaviours of concern, however we specialise in the following:

  • Individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Participants who have experienced trauma or have complex care needs
  • Boys and men aged between 0-30
  • Children with behavioural and developmental challenges

What makes us different?

  • We are hands on

We don’t just sit behind a desk – we show up. We spend meaningful time with participants, families, and support workers, getting to know what works and what doesn’t. We believe behaviour support is built on connection, trust and time not checklists.

  • Clear, easy-to-follow reports

We try to keep jargon to a minimum and reduce confusion where possible. Our behaviour support plans are written to be practical and easy for everyone – families, carers, educators, support workers and therapists to understand and use.

  • Team focussed support

We work with your team. We listen to the voices of the participant, their family, and support staff. By understanding everyone’s experience, we create strategies that feel right – not just look right on paper.

  • Focussed on reducing restrictive practices

We’re committed to ethical, respectful behaviour support that protects the dignity and freedom of every individual. Our plans aim to reduce and eliminate restrictive practices wherever possible – safely and effectively.

  • Training that empowers

Our work doesn’t stop at writing reports. We provide tailored training to support workers, families, and educators so everyone knows how to confidently implement behaviour strategies in real life.

  • Practitioner Workload

We monitor our teams workload and ensure we only take on participants when we have capacity.
